Using streamers is one of the most exciting ways to catch fish, and they tend to catch larger fish than drys and nymphs at times. Although that being said, I have caught fish smaller than my streamer, which just goes to show how crazy fish can be over a stripped streamer through their territory. We have put together dozens of highly effective streamers for your fishing needs.
Attractor patterns are an important part of a fisherman's arsenal. They are great searching patterns when there is no hatch in progress. An attractor is a buggy looking fly that just needs to be eaten by a trout on the prowl looking for something to snatch off the surface. They can be fished tight to the bank or floated down the middle of the river. Boulders and obvious feeding lanes and troughs are always great areas to float your attractor!!
